About the memorial: Vertical rectangular grey stone with small decorative cutaway to left top corner and vertical decorative grooves to entire height of right side. Black lettering to left side and centre, some lettering missing. Round free standing vase at bottom of stone. Grave space appears to be surrounded by square kerb sections, and to be capped and covered by grey gravel.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
