About the memorial: Grey horizontal rectangular stone with small vertical decorative panel toward each side, panel continued slightly above top of headstone to form two small semi-circular protrusions. Each panel has flower motif inscribed. Inscribed lettering between panels was originally black, now mostly faded to self coloured. Gravestone stands on rectangular base at head of gravespace formed by square kerbstones with plain square posts at bottom corners. Gravespace capped, cap now broken. Check sided vase without container stands within space. Bottom kerbstone inscribed.
