The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.

In loving memory of JOHN HENRY Beloved husband of ANN CATHERINE SCILLY, Who died Jan. 23rd 1931, Aged 68 years. Also of JOHN HENRY, Son of the above, Killed in action in Mesopotamia, Sept. 18th 1915, aged 23. _______ Short and sudden was their call. Their sad death was a blow to all. Loved in life, treasured in death. A beautiful memory is all we have left. _______ Also of ANN CATHERINE, Beloved wife and mother of the above, Who died Jan. 4th 1938, Aged 71 years.
