The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

In loving memory of CHRISTINA, The beloved wife of THOMAS STACEY, Who died Augst. 29th 1910, Aged 42 years. ________ In the midst of life we are in death. Also of THOMAS, Beloved son of the above Who was torpedoed and drowned in the SS "Norfolk Coast" June 18th 1918, Aged 23 years. ______ In the Lord's keeping. Also the above named THOMAS STACEY, Who died Jan. 24th 1926, aged 60 years.
