The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

In loving memory of WALTER HENRY FORD, Who died July 27th, 1947. Aged 76 years. Also his beloved wife ROSHANNA, Who died March 4th 1921, Aged 43 years. And of WILLIAM JOHN NORMAN FORD, E.R.A., Royal Navy Their loving grandson And beloved son of JOHN and ANNIE FORD Who died on active service Oct. 22nd 1946, aged 20 years.
