About the memorial: Heavily damaged headstone with Peon top and checks, straight sides. Centre of stone decoratively raised above thin panel to each side, undecorated except for inscribed self coloured lettering. Broken and lies on ground in three pieces.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.

Husband of Irene Maud Barnes, of Winterton, Lincs. Buried Tripoli War Cemetery. 7. C. 23. Also commemorated Crosby - Foxhills Club, Roxby St Mary, Scunthorpe Roll of Honour and Winterton All Saints.
