About the memorial: Gravespace with dark grey marble vertical rectangular stone at head, stone has straight top and sides. Undecorated except for inscribed self coloured lettering. Remainder of space delineated by three square plain kerb sections. Appears to have originally been capped and covered with grey gravel, now vegetation covered.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
