About the memorial: Horizontal rectangular grey stone originally with small plain square post to each side bottom corner, left post now missing. Flower filled right angled decorative panel to each side starts close to top centre and extends along top before dropping down each side, three vertical decorative parallel lines to each side beneath panel. Inscribed self coloured lettering at centre

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
