About the memorial: Within the church, on the rear wall of the nave. A stone memorial on the wall beneath the window, the centre with a carved figure of an angel with arms outstretched, resting on two wreaths of laurels. The left and right panels bearing the inscription and above the theatres of war where the reiment served.
