In loving memory of WILLIAM BARLOW of the Royal Engineers (Late of Ebberly Lawn, Barnstaple) Who died at Fort Pitt Hospital Chatham, 3rd Nov. 1918. Aged 35. This tablet is erected by his mother. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith.
