About the memorial: Gothic stone with rounded shoulders, stone narrows slightly at sides before widening toward bottom. Stands on chamfered base stone. Inscribed self-coloured lettering which extends onto base stone, some base stone lettering heavily weathered. Flower motif at stone top centre, small leaf motif to each side of flower.
