About the memorial: A welsh slate tablet with incised dedication and names. Originally made in 2001 in case future weather damage made the original stonework of the Churchyard cross unreadable, and It was set on a slightly sloping concrete base adjacent to the cross pedestal. It was later brought inside St Andrew's church and now stands upright in the south-east corner, adjacent to the altar.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
