About the memorial: To provide and place on the north side of the chancel arch a memorial tablet of white marble about five feet by about three feet four inches by three inches in memory of the men of New Holland who lost their lives in the Great War. To bear the following inscription namely: - "In the faith of Jesus Christ and in honour of the men from New Holland who fell in the Great War. Their memory is cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved them best (thirty nine names of fallen) 1914 – 1918" Faculty Book 14, page On survey tablet measured 1540 x 1020mm.
