About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by tree rough hewn red square kerb sections with square post to each bottom corner, and headstone to top. Space capped and covered by grey gravel, round vase with container within space. Red vertical rectangular headstone has checked top and angled shoulders dropping to straight sides, both sides have panels to entire height of stone and these show rose flower and branch ornamentation, gold lettering to rough hewn centre.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
