The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

Commemorated on the Thiepval memorial, France. The memorial has his rank as Signaller ARNOTT Abel Gunner 25042, A Coy, 108th Bde, Royal Field Artillery, died 4/10/1917 age 30. Son of James and Emily of Monks Risboro, Princes Risboro, Bucks. Buried at Brandhoek Military Cemetery No3, Belgium BASSON Harry Sgt 6259, 1st North Staffs Regt, died 6/4/1916 age 29. Son of Thomas & Susan. Native of Birmingham. Buried at Dranoutre Military Cemetery, Belgium CREECH Sidney Graham L/Cpl 14273, 9th North Staffs Regt, died 28/3/1917 age 31. Son of Abraham Creech of 46, St Annes Road, St George, Bristol. Buried at Christ Church Churchyard, Hanham. GADSDEN Ernest Sidney Cpl L/7773, 2nd Royal Sussex Regt, died 26/1/1915. brother of Mrs Alice Maud Ingram of 30, Winchester Road, Swiss Cottage, Hampstead, London. Commemorated on the Arras memorial, France LAZENBY James William Gunner, 25903 1. Bty, 64th Bde, Royal Field Artillery died 25/10/1918 age 33.Son of Andrew W and Elizabeth Buried at Terlincthun British Cemetery, Wimille, France Native of Morpeth, Northumberland LEWIS Frederick Ernest CSM 11921, 9th North Staffs Regt died 23/4/1917. Commemorated on the Arras Memorial, France SHAW Joseph L/Cpl, G/8419 13th Royal Fusiliers died 30/6/1916. Buried at De Cusine Ravine British Cemetery, Basseux, France.
