About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by square kerb sections, space capped and vegetation covered, check sided vase with container within space. Top kerb section supports large chamfered horizontal rectangular stone which forms foundation for vertical rectangular headstone. Square topped stone with Scotia shoulders, dropping to straight sides. Only decoration is small recess along shoulders and part sides, dedication in faded black lead lettering.
