About the memorial: Polished, black stone plaque mounted on a stone column. To one side is a rock column supporting the British and polish flags. The bottom corners of the plaque show the Polish flag and Polish crest.Lettering is in white. The memorial is sited withing the Club site, opposite the Reception building.
