In affectionate remembrance of Lieut Eustace Munro Heathcote 43rd Light Infantry son of Lieut-Col E Heathcote, late 34th Regt and Hampshire Militia Infantry, who died at Penn, near Lyndhurst, Hants. on the 15th August 1875 aged 23 years, 2 months. This tablet is erected by his brother officers as a token of their esteem and regard.
