In Memory of Colonel Sir Charles Chester, Son of Sir Robert Chester Kt; Major of the 23rd Regt Bengal Native Infantry. And Adjutant General of the Bengal Army. Killed in Action at Badlee Suraie June 8th 1857 when marching against the Mutinous Sepoys at Delhi.
