About the memorial: Proposed by our petitioner Edwin Holmes of Careby to provide and place a memorial tablet on the west wall of the parish church of Little Bytham in memory of the late Sgt. John Holmes, that the said tablet is to be of Clipsham Stone about two feet ten inches by about two feet five inches Faculty Book 13, page 351, 8-10-1919 760mm x 710mm

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
