About the memorial: Major Hopwood D.S.O. performed the unveiling and the Bishop of Lincoln the dedication on Saturday of the memorial to the parishioners who fell in the late war The memorial is in the form of a carved oak reredos for the altar in the north chapel, and incorporates the triptych picture, which was given by the Rev. E. Giles, some time ago, and has two vellum panels on which are illuminated 139 names. It is a great enrichment to the church and was designed by Mr. H.
