About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by three deep chamfered kerb sections and headstone, space capped and covered by grey gravel. Round vase within space, and family surname only in black lettering to bottom kerb. Horizontal rectangular headstone has peon top with checks and joins check topped post to either side, each post shows small raised Latin cross. Centre of stone undecorated except for faded black lead lettering.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
