About the memorial: Vertical rectangular white stone with square vase butted to right side, the whole stands on large white horizontal rectangular foundation. Headstone has square top with checks and slightly rounded ends falling to straight vertical sides, small recessed panel to each side top shows rose flower and leaf ornamentation while centre undecorated except for black lettering.
