Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. To the Glory of God and in loving memory of the following from the parishes of Corpusty and Saxthorpe who have given their lives for their King and Country during the Great War of 1914 – 1918 (names) Erected by the Parishioners. in grateful remembrance of their self-sacrifice and devotion and for a perpetual memorial for future generations. 1939 – 1945 (names)
