HUBERT CHARLES EDWARD HULL / LIEUTENANT COLONEL / THE QUEEN'S ROYAL REGIMENT / OF BUDDS FARM BURGHCLERE / Born 16th Nov 1891 at Earlswood Mount in Surrey / He commanded his Regiment having served / continuously with it in England France Flanders / Germany China Malta and India from 1911 to 1938. / He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order / Brevet promotion and three / times mentioned in despatches / He died on Active Service on / 18th Nov 1939 aged 48 years.
