Leicestershire Regiment when he was killed on 11 April 1917 and is buried at CWGC ROISEL COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION, Somme France. (NB the date recorded on the CWGC record is different to that on the headstone) Gunner Arthur Gale was serving with "A" Bty. 174th Bde. Royal Field Artillery when he was killed on 30 Sep 1917 and is buried at CWGC LA CLYTTE MILITARY CEMETERY Belgium
