About the memorial: Memorial to 2nd Lieutenant Robert James Noel Stuart, 3rd Battalion the Royal Scots Fusiliers. Son of the late Horace Noel Stuart and Madeline Frances Prince (formerly Stuart, born Hemming), of Wilminster, Richmond Road, Staines, Middlesex. Killed in action aged 28 years when attached to the 2nd Battalion Royal Scots Fusiliers at Festubert, France. He was buried in grave V.L.3. at Guards Cemetery, Windy Corner, Cuinchy, Departement du Pas-de-Calais, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
