About the memorial: Tablet of white marble in a fluted frame of red alabaster with a margin of jasper. At centre top is a Latin cross. Lettering is in sans serifs capitals. There are also three stained glass windows, each of two lights. The first window depicts the Annunciation and has the badge of the Northumberland Fusiliers in the tracery. The second window depicts the Adoration of the Magi and has the arms of the Shafto family in the tracery. The third window depicts the Crucifixion and has the Shafto family crest in the tracery.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
