About the memorial: Memorial to 2nd Lieutenant Eric Russell Wilkie Brown, 2/30 Punjabis, Indian Army. Son of the Reverend William Elmslie Wilkie Brown and Anna Stein Cargill Brown. Born at Nasik, Bombay Presidency. Commissioned into the Indian Army on 20 Dec 1917. Served as Adjutant of his battalion. Died after 6 months service in the Holy Land aged 20 years. Buried in grave Q. 109 at the Cairo War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
