About the memorial: Latin cross on two tier inwardly stepped base, stands on horizontal rectangular foundation. Multi faced dedication in faded black lead lettering, now partially missing.

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.

Husband of Charlotte Roberts (née Atkinson) of Bonby, Lincs. Born, enlisted and resident Brigg, Lincs. Buried Hargicourt British Cemetery. I.B.4. And William John. Birth recorded 1895 Brigg, Lincs the son of Arthur and Everalda Elizabeth Roberts (nee Rose).No trace SDGW. CWGC has Private 203172. 4th Battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment. Died 3rd October 1918.
