About the memorial: 1220 x 730 x 40mm To provide and place a memorial tablet on the south side of the east wall (separating the chancel from the nave) of the nave of the parish church of Brothertoft. That the said tablet is to be of Brass with a black marble border and about two feet one inch by about three feet three inches in height Faculty Book 13, Page 317, 13-8-1919
