About the memorial: A memorial tablet about one foot four and one half inch by about one foot on the north wall of the chancel arch at a suitable height above the end of the altar rail with the following inscription namely: “In loving memory of Randle Newcomb Griffin, Pte., 19 Canadians and Basil Walker Griffin 2nd Lieut. 2nd Lincolns, sons of the Rector, Killed in Action Fresney May 9 1917, Passchendaele Dec 2nd 1917 Pro Deo et Patria” Faculty Book 13, Page 416, dated 2-1-1920 The church was declared redundant by the Diocese of Lincoln in March, 1990. In June of 1992 it was sold for residential use. Whereabouts of the memorials unknown
