About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by four deep chamfered kerb sections with peon post to each corner, dedication in black lead lettering to internal face of three sections and outer face of bottom kerb only, some lettering now missing. Space appears capped and is heavily vegetation contaminated.

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.

Percy Clark. Private 1473. 10th Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment. Killed in action 1st July 1916, aged 27 years. Son of Thomas and Ellen Elizabeth Clark of 118 Patrick Street, Grimsby, Lincs. Born Nettleton and enlisted Grimsby, Lincs. Missing and commemorated Thiepval Memorial. Pier and Face 1C.
