About the memorial: Standard CWGC stone for Sgt J.A Hartop at head of grave space, space defined by chamfered white marble kerbstones with decorative corners. Black lettering on kerbstones. Space capped and covered green glass chippings. Square white vase and container within grave space.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
