About the memorial: Proposed by Gervase Allington of 4 Spa Buildings, Cheltenham, Glo. Esq. To provide and place a memorial tablet in the parish church of Candlesby, tablet to be of brass and about twenty four and a half inches by about seven and a half inches and is to be placed on the north wall of the chancel, Faculty Book 13, page 334, dated 20-9-1919

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
