About the memorial: Vertical rectangular oval topped black stone with Scotia shoulders. Square topped kerbs around remaining 3 sides of grave space and plain square posts at bottom corners. Space capped and covered with green chippings, square plain vase toward top of grave space. Headstone decorated with vertical flower and leaf design along full height and to each side.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.
