Description: Addition to Gravestone
About the memorial: Horizontal rectangular stone with raised shoulder to left side only, flat top and decorative rounded half column on right side. Edges slightly recessed from centre field. Ivy leaf decoration at shoulder and down left side only. Black lead lettering to raised centre field. Square kerbstones around grave space and round vase within toward head of space. Space capped and grey gravel covered.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
