About the memorial: Upright scroll grey headstone with side panels which are decorated with single vertical rose flower and stalk to each side. Headstone shows faded black lead lettering to left half only, right half unadorned. Further inscription to headstone beneath scroll and this heavily weathered at bottom line. Grave space enclosed by 3 chamfered kerbs, broken stones lie across bottom kerb. Round classical vase within grave space.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
