Existing M.I. James Southwell, husband of Maria Southwell, who was lost in the Dover Patrol, 28th January 1917, aged 43 years, also our son, Reggie Southwell, died 25 January 1918, aged 11 years.

Second Hand. Southwell, James. Service Number 1700SA. Died 28/01/1917. Aged 43. H.M. Trawler Jacamar. Royal Naval Reserve. Husband of Maria Southwell, of 39, Hart St., New Cleethorpes, Grimsby. Commemorated at CHATHAM NAVAL MEMORIAL, panel 25.
