About the memorial: Against the south wall of the south aisle to the right of the entrance door can be found a framed and glazed Roll of Honour for the 1939 – 1945 conflict 315mm x 437mm. With names in four columns with a red cross against the names of the fallen, which indicates four parishioners lost their life, Richard Heavens is not shown on the public war memorial on the village green.
