About the memorial: Vertical rectangular headstone with Gothic top, narrows slightly below top and widens toward base, stands on horizontal rectangular base. Small square stud type decoration follows top only, flower decoration in large trefoil panel below and self coloured inscription beneath panel.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
