About the memorial: An oil painting of 2nd Lieutenant acting Captain Thomas Riversdale Colyer-Fergusson V.C. with the family home Wombwell Hall at Northfleet in the background by the artist Doug Walters. The citation for the award of his Victoria Cross is framed and hangs with the painting. The memorial was presented to Gravesham Borough Council in 2006. It was originally inside the old council chambers but these were renovated and changed and the memorial is now in the lobby outside the new chambers on the 3rd floor. It is not accessible to the general public unless you specifically ask to see them.

If you believe your project is eligible for a grant you should complete the Pre-application enquiry form. You will need to be registered and logged in to complete this.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.

You can save your Pre-application enquiry form as you go along. Once submitted War Memorials Trust will respond.
