About the memorial: The memorial is a wooden board painted with the names of those who have fallen. The names are placed in chronological years starting at 1915. The memorial was neglected and placed in storage for many years but due to the efforts of Tony Larkin, a parishioner of the church his whole life, the memorial was restored and placed back in the foyer to the church for everyone to see.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
