About the memorial: It was originally in the Orange Hall, Church Street, Downpatrick, County Down, Northern Ireland. It commemorates the fallen in the Great War. IWM Register - Ornate marble plaque flanked on left by detailed figure of Army bugler and on right by flagpole and small shield bearing Red Hand of Ulster. On top is a Bible and Crown sitting on cushion. On the plaque i five bars of music. In the middle at the bottom of the shield, is an equestrian representation of King William of Orange with sword drawn.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
