About the memorial: Two part memorial with WW2 having been added to the bottom. An oak frame with a broken pediment in which is contained a small sarcophagus(?) surrounded by a wreath. The frame is glazed and within is a second surround with semi-circular top and trefoil tracery in the corners The names are set out in order in which they fell on what appears to be brass. (open to correction).

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
