About the memorial: Wall mounted, landscape orientated, incised tablet incorporating a beaded edge, interrupted at the mid-points of the vertical sides and top centre. At the top of the tablet is a Fleet Air Arm insignia flanked either side by a sea shell. Name and lowest line of inscription infilled with red paint and remaining lettering infilled with black paint.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
