About the memorial: Memorial in the form of a grave with rectangular stone of Remembrance at head and kerb stones bordering the area. Two dedicatory plaques placed on the stone and one at the foot of the kerbstones. Names of the dead marked with a cross and the injured with an asterisk. Coloure Crest of 100 Squadron at top and silhouette of a Lancaster Bomber at centre. Unveiled and dedicated 7th June 2003

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
