About the memorial: Gravespace delineated by three square kerb sections and headstone to top, space is capped and covered by green gravel. Headstone is basically horizontal rectangle with square top, although with minor step to left top end and more major step to right top end. Left side drops vertically, right side drops to small step immediately above base. Large panel to right side shows rose flower and branch decoration, inscription to left in faded black lead lettering, now partially missing.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
