About the memorial: Vertical grey headstone with Norman top dropping to straight sides which widen slightly toward the bottom, stands on horizontal rectangular chamfered base. Wheeled Latin cross decoration inside oval panel to top of stone, flower head and leaf decoration in triangular panel to each side. Bland lead lettering to inscription beneath.

The Pre-application enquiry form is a series of questions to see if your project is eligible. If it is, you will need to provide further details and submit current colour photographs of the war memorial in either a png, gif, jpg or jpeg format.
