About the memorial: Gravespace with vertical rectangular grey headstone, stone has checked top and straight sides. Small flower decoration beneath top at each side, centre panel undecorated except for faded black lead lettering. Stands on large chamfered rough-hewn foundation stone and remainder of space delineated by three rough-hewn square kerb sections. Space is capped and covered with grey gravel. Three vases, with containers, stand within space, one is rough-hewn with splayed sides and two are smooth and square panelled.
